MEET OUR WOMAN OWNER & CEO

Shanna Vitale, dedicated mother of two and Owner / CEO of J. Vitale Landscape and Maintenance. With over four decades of service in San Diego and surrounding cities, Shanna and her husband, CEO Peter, have infused tradition, innovation, and a strong sense of family into every project they undertake.

J. Vitale Landscape and Maintenance, Inc. has been in operation since February of 1982.  We specialize in both commercial and Homeowner Association properties.  Many of the accounts we have acquired over the years are still active due to the long term relationships that we have developed.  Because of this, we take pride in our work in maintaining the properties at the highest quality.  We have also maintained and constructed sites forSan Diego Gas and Electric since 2006.​   Our 85 employees and staff include Account Managers with many years of applied experience and horticultural background.  This knowledge is crucial for the success of every sector of the business.​    We are Certified in Pesticide Application, Backflow Services, and Water Conservation.  Continuing Education is also conducted within these certifications allowing our Managers to be current with new laws and regulations, as well as upcoming product.​    J. Vitale Landscape and Maintenance, Inc. provides all aspects of landscape maintenance including: Mowing, Weeding, Trimming, Xeriscape, Renovations and Installations, Drainage, Irrigation System installation and maintenance, weed abatement, erosion control, pest control, and brush management/mitigation habitat.​    As we continue to serve communities with landscape maintenance needs, our goal is evolving as a company with new ideas, while still maintaining the great service we have provided throughout the years.  ​
